:: Agreement
I require that clients sign my Work Agreement before I begin work.  It simply states that we have agreed on an hourly or retainer rate and billing cycle, that I am working as an independent contractor (1099), not an employee and ensures my confidentiality.

The VA Shop shall not be held liable for any services or work completed at the request of client.  All work becomes the property of the client's once payment is made.  The client is responsible for insuring the final product is accurate.

How The Transaction Coordination Process Works:

A copy of all pending paper work can be faxed, emailed, mailed by the agent or picked up through our services.  The VA Shop will take care of the following procedures: 

  • title work ordered at realtors preferred title company
  • home inspection ordered
  • home warranty ordered (if applicable)
  • survey ordered (if applicable) after all contingencies have been removed
  • wood infestation report (WIR) ordered if realtors listing after all contingencies have been removed

The transaction will be coordinated with the title company and the realtor will be kept up to date.  After closing The VA Shop will deliver or mail the file with all paperwork to the realtors office.
