Payment Policy and Terms:

·   Payments can be made in the form of check, cashier's check, money order, or Paypal (preferred method of payment). 

·   A signed contract outlining the description of services and payment agreement is required prior to any work being done.

·   Hourly and retainer clients must pay for hours up front before any work can be done.

·   There will be a $30.00 service fee on all returned checks.

Rates

The VA Shop offers hourly, monthly retainer or project basis rates.  We will find the right service that meets your needs.

Rates vary depending on the services requested.  All services are billed at an hourly rate.  More advanced services such as graphic design are billed at different rates than general administrative services. 

Retainers are available at a discounted rate.  Clients pay for a specified amount of hours each month and are guaranteed availability for that amount of hours.
